The Eastern Ontario School of X-Ray Technology

The Eastern Ontario School of X-Ray Technology was founded in 1957 and has operated continuously since then. It is a private college-based institution. Graduates of the program are eligible to write the national certification examination of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). The Canadian Medical Association (CMA) also accredits the program.

The curriculum model is based on a 2-year completion of Life Sciences at Queens University, followed by two years at the Eastern Ontario School of X-Ray Technology. The graduate of the Degree/Diploma Program receives a General Life Sciences Degree from Queens University and a Diploma in X-Ray Technology from the Eastern Ontario School of X-Ray Technology.
